Validation account holders receive an itemized billing once a month for all of their validations. After entering the garage, visitors have 10 minutes to arrive at your office and be checked in. The Validation system works through any email client. Once a validation account has been set up, validation is as simple as sending an email with the customer’s plate information in the subject field. The customer’s plate is validated for the day, and a charge is generated based on the exact amount of minutes that vehicle was parked. Customers arrive on time for their appointments grateful for the convenience and ready to do business.
