What do I do if a pay station does not work? I don’t want to get a notice.

 If you encounter a pay station that is out of order, please let us know by calling
808 536-6112, and we will immediately dispatch a technician. Please leave your L
icense Plate Number to ensure you don’t receive a Citation.

I am a monthly parker, what if I can’t find a space in my lot?

In the unlikely event of this rare occurrence, please call our office so we can make alternative arrangements and inform our patrol staff to ensure you do not receive a citation. Every effort will be made to secure parking for you.

I received a Citation and don’t think I should have gotten one.

What happens if I don’t pay my Citation?  Do you tow?

Offenders not paying citations will be flagged for towing automatically on re-entering
the garage and towed in accordance with local law and posted signs.

Is Auto Park Hawaii’s parking system patented?

Yes. Auto Park Hawaii operates a proprietary LPR parking system in our garages. The system is patented by the United States under U.S. Patent No. 10,726,718
